If you are intending to home school your child(ren), the Massapequa Public School District requires parents to notify us via email of that intention. Pursuant to Commissioner’s Regulation 100.10 (CR 100.10), parents/guardians are required to complete an Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP) and submit that plan to the District. Please note that New York State Department of Education (NYSED) refers to home schooling as “Home Instruction”.
